Install and Authorize the App

Click Install App, choose your HubSpot account, and approve read-only access to the CRM objects the workflow action supports. Existing installations must reconnect after new scopes are added.

Activate the Free Trial or Pro Plan

After authorization, the Plugivo portal opens the plan screen. Start the 14-day trial (100 workflow executions) without a credit card, or choose Pro Plan for $19 monthly or $190 yearly.

Prepare a Destination Property

If you want to save the result on the workflow record, create a HubSpot text property with enough capacity for the combined value. The app itself is read-only and does not create or update CRM properties.

Add the Workflow Action

Create or edit an object-based workflow, click the plus icon, find Associated Values, and select Collect Associated Values. The target record defaults to the workflow record.

Choose What to Collect

Select the associated object type, then select the property to collect. Choose a separator and decide whether blank and duplicate values should be removed.

Use the Output

Add a later action such as Edit record, Branch, Send notification, or Send a webhook. In that action, select Action outputs, choose Collect Associated Values, and use Combined values or one of the count and status outputs.

Run a Controlled Test

Associate two or three test records with known property values, enroll one target record, then open workflow history. Confirm Combined values, Values found, Associated records found, and Collection status before turning on broad enrollment.

Frequently asked questions

Which HubSpot records can I collect values from?
The action supports associated contacts, companies, deals, tickets, and custom objects. Custom objects require a HubSpot subscription that includes them and the corresponding OAuth permissions.
Can I choose any property?
You can choose any readable, non-hidden property returned by HubSpot for the selected object. Values are returned in HubSpot's stored API format; for example, multi-checkbox values can contain semicolons and owner properties can contain owner IDs.
Does the app update my CRM?
No. The app only reads associations and the selected property. It returns workflow outputs. Use HubSpot's native Edit record action afterward if you want to store the combined value.
What do the status values mean?
SUCCESS means values were returned. NO_ASSOCIATIONS means no matching records were associated. NO_VALUES means records existed but no usable property values were found. TRUNCATED means the output reached the 60,000-character safety limit. INVALID_INPUT or FAILED means the action could not complete normally.
Does the order of values stay the same?
The app preserves the order returned by HubSpot's associations API. HubSpot does not guarantee that this is a business-defined sort order, so do not rely on the first value being the newest, oldest, primary, or largest record.
Does Plugivo store the collected CRM data?
No. Associated record IDs and property values are processed only to complete the workflow execution and are not stored by the app.
What happens when HubSpot rate-limits a request?
The action returns HubSpot's retry signal so the workflow platform can retry it. Temporary server failures are also returned as retryable errors.
Is there an execution limit?
The trial and Pro plan do not have a metered execution allowance. Normal HubSpot workflow use is covered under a fair-use policy, while HubSpot's own API and workflow limits still apply.
