Welcome to Plugivo. By installing or using our HubSpot Apps (including ABN Verification), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Use of Service

Our service provides data enrichment and verification tools for HubSpot users. You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes along with HubSpot's Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually).

• Free Tier/Trial: We may offer free access or trial periods. We reserve the right to modify or terminate these offers at any time.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

4. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, our service relies on third-party data sources (such as the Australian Business Register). We cannot guarantee that all data will be 100% accurate, complete, or up-to-date at all times.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Plugivo, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
